Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️
I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents
Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you

I placed on line orders previously and it was always a good experience. On this occasion I had no chance to collect the order due to unexpected business trip. The time frame for collecting your order is not very long, so I ended up missing my order because I arrived back in the country just before midnight on the last day of collection.

Being able to ask a knowledgeable member of staff for assistance to find specific products. My app worked and the payment with rewards all were discounted successfully

Friendly staff pet friendly lol always some one there to advise and help .good products .check out staff very helpful with pets rewards and making sure we don't miss out on offers that we have on our app. Keep it up

On my last visit to the Chichester branch of Pets at Home, I was greeted with a warm welcome on entering the store which always impresses me. I paid for my shopping and left the store. Unfortunately, due to carelessness on my part, I shut the boot locking my car with my keys, phone and handbag inside! Not knowing what to do, I returned to the store and explained my predicament to the assistant, Chris, who served me. The empathy and kindness that I received from him was incredible. He accompanied me to offer assistance, but was unable to gain access. Not giving up, he lent me his personal phone to call my husband. In the meantime, another kind assistant saw me standing there and brought out a chair while I waited for my husband to arrive with the spare keys. I was so impressed with the generosity of Chris and his colleague that I felt they deserved a special mention as they went that extra mile to help, over and above their normal duties. A huge thank you to both of them!
