They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Great staff, well stocked shop and clean throughout.
The staff are always helpful and approach you with a smile on their face. Very knowledgeable when I have needed help. The animals for sale are kept in cages, hutches etc. and very clean as is the whole store. Very well stocked. Love it.
