They don’t look after their animals right

Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents

Damaged delivery

Have a subscription for my dogs food and have it delivered to my home just for ease. Got a delivery this week and some of the trays of meat were damaged and had leaked and causing a foul odour. I got in touch with pets at home via there online chat with a very helpful lady called Joanne, after a few messages and an email with pictures a replacement was ordered with free next day delivery. Very happy with the hassle free service and great customer service.

Had a lovely chat with Emma s just now over a damaged item.Probkem.was resolved in a matter seconds and a new order.for the damaged item placed for next day delivery, thankyou Emma s.

When things go wrong they correct it almost immediately with a group chat.

Delivery is always fast but…

Delivery is always fast but unfortunately the actual boxes are often damaged so whoever pets at home are using to deliver the good they need to speak to the company and ask that their delivery drivers take more care the products can be affected and it does not show respect for the client or the pet .

Quick and speedy resolution

I had an issue with Evri being unable to deliver my Pets at Home package due to being "damaged beyond repair". I jumped on the live chat and spoke to Rachael F. She was able to resolve my issue very quickly and have my items re-sent. I'm quite satisfied with how easy this was!

Incompetent staff

Staff very unapproachable abrupt can’t be bothered don’t know anything, I rescued two rabbits I paid for them as soon as they had the money they wanted you out the door. The woman on the desk grace extremely rude very unpleasant I thought the whole point of having staff at the front of the shop was to welcome people when they step through the door she managed to lift from the magazine and completely snubbed us would not recommend pets at home at Merthyr Tydfil the vets have always been good it’s a shame the same can’t be said for the rest of the staff
