Damaged delivery
Have a subscription for my dogs food and have it delivered to my home just for ease. Got a delivery this week and some of the trays of meat were damaged and had leaked and causing a foul odour. I got in touch with pets at home via there online chat with a very helpful lady called Joanne, after a few messages and an email with pictures a replacement was ordered with free next day delivery. Very happy with the hassle free service and great customer service.
