Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️
I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents
Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you

Spoke with Rory about my missing cat litter so helpful of locating it was damaged and never delivered. Evie hopeless wasted a lot of hours trying to get some news on where it was sorted new one coming tomorrow next day delivery delighted thank you.

Very complicated process for a 73 disabled man since computers were not invented when I was not disabled with MS and other things. I am self taught and managed to muddle through what I think was a chat with Emily H which I think is some sort of computer magic. I am not really sure but I think my order has been sorted out. I really would have preferred to talk to a human on a telephone but I suppose us old people will die out like the dinosaurs.

Just spoken with Amy T about our delayed subscription order of dog food which has been stuck at the Couriers hub for a week! She instantly said she is sending a replacement which will arrive tomorrow! Very impressed with the no quibble resolution. Thank you ☺️

Awful overpriced products and animal care is the worst! The staff have no clue what they’re talking about and are so bad at giving advice. Don’t buy animals or animal cages/toys from here!
