They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Went to the boucher road belfast store…
Went to the boucher road belfast store yesterday and today to pick things up for my sick dog the girl on the till and the other girl where both excellent helping me with exactly what I needed very friendly and helpful excellent customer service! Can you pass on thanks to them. My wee dog is home feeding and doing well. Thanks again!

Easy to order online Only complaint order was due to be delivered today between 5/6 pm It was delivered sellotaped together left on doorstep while I was out just after 2 pm. Anyone could have taken it 😡😡
