Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️
I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents
Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you

1st off the online order came a few days apart still incomplete but speaking with Rachel in customer service she has worked to resolve the issue and I await my order 10 out of 10 for customer service but less for ordering and delivery and time thought ordering online was suppose to be easy going back to shopping myself

My cat food order was not delivered, so I contacted the live chat to find out why. Not being used to on line chats, I found it a little confusing at first but I chatted with Kylie S. who sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently and my replacement order should be delivered tomorrow. Thank you Kylie! So, a good experience eventually!
