They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services, although I don’t like “chat services”. I think a huge company like Pets at home, would benefit from an actual customer services telephone line. I don’t want to chat online, because it’s a complete ball ache. I’m in my 40’s & don’t want to do it. For the older generation, like my Nan, who hasn’t got the internet, this really isn’t helpful. That said my query was resolved.
