They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

3-5 day delivery expected 20 days ago⁉️
Ordered a standard 3-5 day delivery on 17/6/25 I AM STILL AWAITING THIS! Apparently 2 separate delivery services delivered in my absence around the 25th_28th. I was on holiday by then so they left them outside! Bear in mind 0 communication was made to me from either company! There was no way of tracking! No way of calling⁉️ Non existent customer service⁉️ All in all the worst company I’ve dealt with following the payola virus‼️

Terrible customer service
Order cancelled after the goods should have been received. We can't just use an alternative food since changes in diet can cause bunnies to go into gut stasis. We feel totally let down as it's now too late to make a purchase elsewhere. Shambles of a company!
