Great customer service.

Overall, very good experience. Was able to install the system on my own and it's working well. Only negative was that one of the 2 tanks arrived slightly dented. The shipping company arrived prior to the appointment, dropped off the pallet and left -- so I didn't have a chance to inspect the shipment and sign off on it.

We have owned the whole house water purifying and softener system for 9 months and have enjoyed the clarity of the water and clean and fresh taste from all faucets in the house. The technical support has been great and the recent change of small filter was easy to do.

Bought, filters for our system at 11% we asked if it would go cheaper and we were told no. Well it did!!! We are a repeat customer and not very happy about the % difference.

I installed Pelican whole house system in 2013 and my wife and I love it! After nearly 5 years we ordered charcoal replacement and installed it last week. Very easy to do since Pelican sent a how to video. In 2013, after researching many water filter systems, we decided Pelican is the best. Another treatment system agent called me and told me their system would meet my needs. I told him I planned to order Pelican, and he said he would call a treatment specialist who is not associated with his company and get that man's opinion of Pelican. He later called me and said that man told him, "The Pelican system will do everything that they say it will do." He then told me I should be pleased with Pelican. I certainly have been well pleased as has my wife when washing her hair and bathing.

The prices are good and sale associates are very helpful

So far the system has only been installed for a few days, but we do like the quality of the water.

Your technical support folks are always there to help walk me through maintenance and operation issues with my water system. They are great and extremely helpful. I no longer worry when I have an issue on a Friday because I know someone will be available to help me out over the weekend. Your whole house clean water system has allowed us to have excellent quality water for the past 10 years in an area where most homeowner wells have taste and odor issues.

Very ez to install. Took about an hour, I used SHARKBITE 3/4 to 1 inch on my copper pipe along with the installation kit flex pipes and 6 inches of 1-inch copper as a joiner between the two. no leaks. My wife, who now takes bathes daily, as winter approaches says she can feel the difference in her skin already.

I have had my water softener system for a year. I love the system. Much better than salt tabs. When I ordered, it came within a couple days. Anytime I have made contact with them, they are very helpful and it is apparent they do value customer service in what ever your needs may be. I recommend the system and the company who sold me the product.

The drinking and bathing water smells and tastes still much better after installation of the water filter syste, bynPelican. I feel my family has benefitted from the change.

Giving my order was so easy. He even knew exactly what I needed to order. He was very knowledgeable of the product and thoroughly explained things to my complete satisfaction. He was also so cordial and helpful. I give him a 5 star rating without any hesitation.

The product seems to be well made. Service so far is excellent; in fact it could not be better. While the optional installation kit is probably very useful for a DIY installer, the professional plumbers did not use it and it was very easy to return.

I would have like to have seen a install kit includes in the package.

Customer service was fine. The product was not! I could not get a good connection without water leaking all over, unable to release connecting water hose from housing I followed instructions carefully and cannot, would not recommend this product to anyone .

Pelican Water Systems shipped filters to my house in a very speedy manner. As usual, their products are top quality. Highly recommend this business.

Water never tasted so good.

We installed a Pelican water system a few years ago and are very happy with it. We live in an area with extremely hard water that also contains a lot of iron. We change our filters twice as often as recommended because of this, and have excellent results.

This purchase is an automatic ship for replacement filter on existing system. Works well but think I need a new gasket?
