"From Frustration to Satisfaction – Thanks to Maria & Mia"
I initially had a frustrating experience with PCS Legal. Communication was very slow, and I had to chase them weekly for updates. Despite promises of call-backs, none ever came, and their online portal was never updated, which added to the stress. I eventually raised a complaint with their client services team, but the response was disappointing—they claimed I had been contact within 72 hours, which was only true because I kept calling them myself. However, things took a turn for the better thanks to Maria Enright and Mia Raj. They were absolutely brilliant and helped push my sale through, even while dealing with a difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side. They were responsive, proactive, and kept me informed every week via email. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Because of their efforts, I’ve increased my rating from a 1 to a solid 4 stars. If PCS Legal can improve their overall communication and consistency, they have the potential to be truly excellent. I would highly recommend Maria and Mia for anyone going through a property transaction.
Lovely conveyancing experience. Donna is a star!
First of all I would like to thank Donna for always being so helpful and thorough. She fought our corner and fast tracked everything so we can finish the process in time. It has been a lengthy conveyancing process but in the end it was all worth it. Solicitors have been professional and always easy to reach by phone. My only recommendation would be to have less people dealing with one case so e-mails don’t get missed ( 2 max 3 people). Would highly recommend.

Mixed experience
I had a mixed experience. Following instruction, I had to chase the para-legal team on every step. No response to emails. I have to admit that they were however very polite on the phone. After the case was passed to the conveyancer, the process was smooth with improved communication.

Good service at a fair price
I'm not an experienced house seller but it seems to me there was more toing and froing from the buyer than was necessary. Nevertheless, the team (mainly Evie) delt with the issues patiently, courteously and promptly. For all of the back and forth, I consider PCS Legal's bill very reasonable. I would happily sell though PCS again.

Team Daman at PCS Legal was exceptional in conveyancing during our new build home purchase. The platinum service at PCS Legal comes very well recommended with the team being contactable even after office hours. Their follow up and representation of our interests with the developer was admirable. We wouldn't hesitate to retain Daman, Frank and Carly for any future conveyancing matters.

The conveyancing process was handled by Natalie Howes who did so in an efficient and professional manner and kept me fully informed of developments in this process as the sale progressed.
