"From Frustration to Satisfaction – Thanks to Maria & Mia"
I initially had a frustrating experience with PCS Legal. Communication was very slow, and I had to chase them weekly for updates. Despite promises of call-backs, none ever came, and their online portal was never updated, which added to the stress. I eventually raised a complaint with their client services team, but the response was disappointing—they claimed I had been contact within 72 hours, which was only true because I kept calling them myself. However, things took a turn for the better thanks to Maria Enright and Mia Raj. They were absolutely brilliant and helped push my sale through, even while dealing with a difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side. They were responsive, proactive, and kept me informed every week via email. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Because of their efforts, I’ve increased my rating from a 1 to a solid 4 stars. If PCS Legal can improve their overall communication and consistency, they have the potential to be truly excellent. I would highly recommend Maria and Mia for anyone going through a property transaction.
Lovely conveyancing experience. Donna is a star!
First of all I would like to thank Donna for always being so helpful and thorough. She fought our corner and fast tracked everything so we can finish the process in time. It has been a lengthy conveyancing process but in the end it was all worth it. Solicitors have been professional and always easy to reach by phone. My only recommendation would be to have less people dealing with one case so e-mails don’t get missed ( 2 max 3 people). Would highly recommend.

Molly Hiron team
The Molly Hiron team were always very helpful when I called to ask for updates or ask questions. I am a first time buyer and had never done anything like this before and had no one to guide me, so had lots and lots of questions and was very nervous and scared; however, the team were very good at putting me at ease and giving me lots of information.

We can’t Thanks enough to PCS legal with purchase our second home.Thank you Mitchell, Evie and all convenyancing Team. It was quite stressful for us to deposit proof as it gifted from India also it was international bank transfer. Pcs legal help us above and beyond to make our purchase smooth and efficient. All staff are very friendly and communicate so well . They updated us every single step from beginning to end. Highly recommended. Thank you PCS legal at Basildon branch .

Miserable experience
My experience with Sarah Joy, in the Basildon office, was truly miserable. Her unwillingness to communicate, lack of empathy for the stress involved in the conveyancing process, her absence of any sense of urgency and her reluctance to move things forward on her client’s behalf made for a horrible move. Despite endless reminder emails and phone calls about the removal date the chain of 3 had agreed on, we ended up exchanging and completing on the same day. The people at the bottom of the chain were kind enough to allow my buyers to remain in the home they had sold for an additional night, as their removal company weren’t able to wait any longer on the day for completion. Sarah Joy will say she only responds if she has information to give, she will take no responsibility for any delays and she will blame others for the holdup. No doubt any response to this review will point the finger at myself, the other conveyancers or the estate agent but my advice would be to avoid this particular office and conveyancer and find someone who takes some pride in the service they offer and genuinely cares about the clients they are acting for.

Excellent buying experience for firsts time buyers
Our experience with Amy Kelleher was excellent. As a first time buyer, buying a house can be a very stessful experience. Amy went above and beyond to ensure all our questions and concerns were answered. Amy also offered good advice when we had a problem with the first house we put an offer on. We are very happy in our new home and would recommend PCS Legal to anyone. Thank you PCS!

Excellent communication throughout my…
Excellent communication throughout my house sale with particular thanks to Leah Snowden whom I could (and did) contact numerous times to ask questions of all sorts (normally about why other the solicitors were so slow etc) and she was on hand on the phone or if I emailed I would normally get an instant response back - this isn’t the norm for conveyancers but made me feel very valued and taken care of and you can’t ask for the more. The fact the overall cost of using PCS was cheaper than other solicitors was just a massive bonus as the service was excellent.

Excellent experience
Working with PCS Legal and especially Leah Snowdon was a complete pleasure. She was professional in her approach and quick to respond to my queries. Our holiday home purchase was completed very quickly and issues were dealt with quickly. We were kept informed and updated on our purchase progress very regularly.
