The horrible experience they messed up my invoice and did not provide full details to UPS which lead to high custom pay for me not to mention they did not help at all Monika and Michal just disappeared Please do not take their services they just did not help just book appointment with UPS or FedEx that's all Until now my courier is stuck with UPs and Monika has refused to help Hell these guys are scammers YOU ARE RESPONSBILE FOR ADDING INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THE INVOICE I FILLED INVOICE FOR 282EUR YOU GUYS OUT 23 EURO AND UPS HAS BEEN CONNECTION YOU GUYS AT 609809070 NUMBER SINCE LAST 5 DAYS FOR SENDING CORRECT INVOICE AND YOU GUYS ARE IGNORINING

GBES-184135186 por favor que a nadie se le ocurra enviar nada por esta empresa. la cual no contesta los teléfonos de atención al cliente y tarda un dia entero en contestarte un correo. acabo de perder un artículo que tenia que recoger y estoy pidiendo la devolución de mi dinero ya que no han pasado a recoger nada. diciéndome que pasaran y nunca pasaron. espero poder recuperar mi dinero porque no es normal que una empresa haga estas cosas. son una estafa real.

They failed to collect and now they don't give my refund
I hired ABC Parcel to collect 2 packages. They showed up with an order for only 1 package. The company reached out to me to confirm if it was collected because they couldn't know by themselves??? What kind of company doesn't know if the package was collected??? I explained the situation and asked for a refund for the second package. I'm waiting for the refund since MARCH! it's been FOUR MONTHS and I don't have my refund. I had to buy new items I was expecting to receive from that package and still no refund. I've been sending emails to them and all they answer is that they are waiting for the invoice... it's been 4 months, I want my refund!

A complete Shambles
They are useless! Not only do they fail to perform on time sensitive parcels, they leave any customer with no reasonable means of dealing promptly with any complaint or issue. They have left my business embarrassed and cost us an as yet undetermined amount of future business because of their incompetence. I will look forward to my day in court as I attempt to recover losses incurred through their company. My advice to anyone considering using them is DON'T!!

Late and not reliable service
Terrible service. I had booked shipping hours for 10-13pm in Paris. It's 17:22 and no one has come to pick up my boxes. There is no costumer service phone that a actually works....I need to send my boxes today as I am moving out to Spain...not reliable services if you have limited time.
