They failed to collect and now they don't give my refund
I hired ABC Parcel to collect 2 packages. They showed up with an order for only 1 package. The company reached out to me to confirm if it was collected because they couldn't know by themselves??? What kind of company doesn't know if the package was collected??? I explained the situation and asked for a refund for the second package. I'm waiting for the refund since MARCH! it's been FOUR MONTHS and I don't have my refund. I had to buy new items I was expecting to receive from that package and still no refund. I've been sending emails to them and all they answer is that they are waiting for the invoice... it's been 4 months, I want my refund!
