Update: I'm now being threatened by the ParcelABC lawyers over email. Avoid this company!!!! Do not Use! I paid over 300 euros to send some art. The customer service agents were useless and had no idea how I could send the package with FedEx locally. I finally sent the package and then on the other end after a month of waiting I asked them where it is? They looked it up and said its been sitting at the local depot for two weeks going around in circles, which they could have told me when it first arrived but decided not to. And not only that but the package arrived completely destroyed, everything in it, destroyed. I paid 300 euros to have my things destroyed and to be told about it a month later. Now on top of all this they are now trying to charge me 75 more euros because it had "extra handling", extra handling to break my things? Hands down the worse service I have ever used. It would be impossible to make a worse service.

They picked up my parcels on time and after that they were unable to help me by telling me where the parcels were! I thought they were lost! I send my parcels with the GLS option and in the description it said 5-6 working days. Well, it took 3 weeks!!... I had to call GLS and have them track down my parcels because Parcelabc kept telling me that they are investigating and at some point they stopped even replying to my messages!

No recomiendo enviar con Parcelabc, por las siguientes razones; 1. Mala atención al cliente. 2. Información incompleta y errada. 3. No cumplen con las fechas estipuladas. 4. No pudieron enviar la mercancía, gracias a la mala información, pero si debo asumir el costo de 33€ por culpa de ellos. 5. Me dicen muy tranquilos: "Comuníquese en un mes para la devolución de su dinero" pero para pedir pagos anticipados si son buenos. 6. La devolución deberia ser mucho en una semana. 7. Estoy súper molesta con la empresa, porque nunca hicieron un seguimiento, sino me comunico con ellos, la empresa no lo hace. 8. Cómo ya no tengo un servicio con ellos no contestan mis correos, ya llevo 2 días esperando que den una respuesta.

Overall service very good. My parcel was picked up one day after the arranged date so I wasted time waiting for pickup (in Spain it happens often). Once picked up, it was delivered within the promised time frame in hands of addressee. Overall very reliable service, highly recommended, cheap and will use Parcel ABC again

A very short summary: They hired UPS, who then broke the boxes and some of the content. I made the relevant claim and submitted the lists and invoices they asked. I was then left out of everything, nothing was never really updated. UPS and Parcel chatted amongst them, and never really bothered to update me on anything. When I asked about news, I was made to feel that I was being a nuisance. This was February 2023. It is over 5 months later, I have since involved a lawyer and neither UPS nor Pacel have bothered to communicate with me, to update me on the status of my claim. In response to your answer: that information is what I got after I had to play the middle person between UPS and you, because all of a sudden, I got told that the claim had not been made in the timeframe UPS arbitrarily decided and sent a very angry email. I would have loved to have had this conversation over the phone, but alas, it does not work. You had already asked me for my bank information and this point, and had subtly implied that the compensation would be paid out. This Appeal you talk of has been, supposedly, done sometime between mid may and mid June, but I wouldn't know, since an entire month went by without this being informed. If I had not been sending emails, you would have not given me any of this information. It's be that has to be running after you, which makes me suspicious of the reason why you don't freely give this information up and keep your customers in the loop. Edit 2: The appeal was rejected and ParceABC has washed their hands off of it. They are trying to blame me now for "improper packaging" and said that the Terms and Conditions state that without paying extra for the insurance I get a payout of 25 Euros. The T&C are vague on this, as they make it look like there is compensation in case of damage to an amount not exceeding the payment made by me. Without the extra insurance. Just a bunch of scammers.

Was SO impressed! I had rung many other service providers but this one was the best. Easy to book and great service. They were very careful with my glass painting and worked with the shop for collection. Highly recommend and I was especially impressed with Leon Liao. Thank you!!! Will use this service again.
