Not sure what have changed in the last…
Not sure what have changed in the last few years, used this service before and had no problems. This time around I made a request for my parcel to be picked-up on 1st August. It is still not picked up on 18th of August :))))))))) I waited all day at home on the 1st and they had an audacity of telling me no one was present. At the given time there's no one at home before 3:00PM and I specifically emphasised it few times, they keep re-scheduling the courier before 3:00pm and not simply sending a notification for me asking to re-schedule :))))) amazing service, 10/10 would not recommend. I am not even mad at this point, just amazed by how nobody gives a f*c* :D Update: They were very fast to offer a refund I asked for, but none of my other solutions that I tried to find were addressed(for exaple bringing the parcel by ourselves to the courier instead of waiting for it to be collected. The customer support wasn't ellaborating on any other things I asked :) ).

Fantastic company! I left some items in a hotel in Seville, they collected them and delivered them to my home on the Costa Blanca within 3 days! Great communication, great service and great price. Highly recommended

UNRELIABLE!!!
My first time using it and probably the last. I have been home for 2 days waiting for my box to be picked up and NOTHING, I have called their UK number and it appears as if it didn’t exist. I have contacted their customer service and everyday they confirm it will be picked up but it DOES NOT! I need the items urgently and I want a honest answer about when the box will be picked up!

Quick and smooth way to send your parcel.
I had a really great experience, twice. Everything went very smooth and on time. You send and receive the parcels without leaving home, love the fact that they pick it up at your place.

Special thanks to Michat (don't know the surname sadly) for the help and support during this process. It was an out of Europe transfer which had clearance process with lots of rules (so, too many emails and interaction with customs). I really appreciate personal efforts s/he has put in!
