ParcelABC managed a tricky request excellent!
I had a tricky shipment as it was a suitcase i had forgotten at the hotel in a resort about 30 drive from Alanya. ParcelABC managed to pickup the suitcase from hotel reception and get it delivered back to my house in Sweden. Very pleased with their service!!

Slow customer service and bad refund policy
They keep 25% in case you have to cancel the order you paid, even if it was because of their fault. Customer service is slow, they don't answer in the afternoon because they don't work that time as the operator told me. Refund is back in 10 days, quite slow.

Finalmente llegaron los 11 paquetes…
Finalmente llegaron los 11 paquetes contratados, aunque inicialmente faltaron 2, que fueron entregados tres días más tarde de lo previsto tras ser reclamados. La experiencia ha sido positiva, web muy intuitiva y fácil de contratar, aunque debe mejorar el seguimiento de los paquetes por no estar actualizado en tiempo.
