Not sure what have changed in the last…
Not sure what have changed in the last few years, used this service before and had no problems. This time around I made a request for my parcel to be picked-up on 1st August. It is still not picked up on 18th of August :))))))))) I waited all day at home on the 1st and they had an audacity of telling me no one was present. At the given time there's no one at home before 3:00PM and I specifically emphasised it few times, they keep re-scheduling the courier before 3:00pm and not simply sending a notification for me asking to re-schedule :))))) amazing service, 10/10 would not recommend. I am not even mad at this point, just amazed by how nobody gives a f*c* :D Update: They were very fast to offer a refund I asked for, but none of my other solutions that I tried to find were addressed(for exaple bringing the parcel by ourselves to the courier instead of waiting for it to be collected. The customer support wasn't ellaborating on any other things I asked :) ).
