Very affordable comparing to other companies
In general very affordable, and convenient. BUT! I ordered to send my parcels from Sweden to UK. The collection part from Sweden was amazing. They collected my parcels one day after my order and parcels arrived to London one day earlier than scheduled (only 3 days). The support staff related to ParcelABC was also very helpful, had great willingness to solve my issues and quick in responding (5 star for this part). However, I had a worse experience about UPS, which is responsible to distribute the parcels within London. The staff were not helpful at all and they delayed one week to deliver the parcels. It made me to stay home for 5 days, waiting for the parcels, which was veryyyy annoying for a person who work outside. I should have asked ParcelABC to help for delivery from the beginning not the UPS. The UPS website was not updating and I had to call them each time to track my parcels (less than 1 star for UPS). I strongly recommend ParcelABC to reconsider working with UPS.

Llegó en el tiempo que dijeron, pero no en el departamento, lo dejaron en un negocio del edificio, por eso es que me decía "entregado" pero no se había recibido. Igualmente todo se aclaró al día siguiente y seguía siendo a tiempo.

Reliable and affordable.
Reliable and affordable. It is my second time using parcelabc and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Both packages have been delivered to me on time and in perfect conditions. PS: Ive dropped off the 📦 myself both time as collection date and time was not respected. Still 5 ⭐️ service

The customer service has been very present and responsive throughout the shipment process. I would have appreciated it to have more information about how to avoid paying extra fees when shipping from Europe to Switzerland.
