Everything was broken and wet
Everything was broken and wet! Moreover the courier just left the boxes in front of the gate, didn't even make the effort to bring it inside... and I had to help taking the boxes from the truck! Really the worst service ever!!

Desde el viernes esperando que recojan…
Desde el viernes esperando que recojan dos paquetes, estamos a miércoles y no hay manera, al final me dicen que llamaron al teléfono del remitente y no contestaba nadie. No se realizó ninguna llamada , fue fácil comprobarlo. Tres días que el remitente tuvo que cogerse libres para la recogida y la solución es que vuelven a tramitar todo de nuevo para el jueves a ver si así... No gracias. Espero que me devuelvan rápidamente el dinero. Hoy jueves, día 13, me llama la persona encargada de entregar los paquetes a las 3 de la tarde diciéndome que acaban de pasar a recogerlos. Mala organización no, lo siguiente 😞. Ya tenía el transporte organizado con otra empresa y tuve que cancelar todo. No es la primera vez que utilizo este servicio pero no me quedan ganas de volver a usarlo. Espero que no haya más contratiempos. Hoy 27 de septiembre todavía me falta una maleta de las dos que envié. Nadie sabe nada de ella. Lo único que me dicen es que se pondrán en contacto con GLS que es quien recogió las maletas y así llevo una semana. NUNCA MÁS VOLVERÉ A USAR NI ACONSEJAR SUS SERVICIOS. Eso sí en su seguimiento dice que me las entregaron. Seriedad cero

This company damaged our parcel and dropped it to clients door. After that we sent them claim and they wrote us that will cover just 50% of parcel value. It is more than 1 month passed but we did not received any money. I recommend be aware from these scammers. It will cost us lot, but we must go to court. Updated 2023 11 11 In answer below they wrote that I did not sent bank details, but it is not true, all bank details was sent by email. Also our bank details you can find in our website www el-vent com, press Payment One more time I can confirm that this company is wrong, as it lies on every corner.
