ParcelABC stole my package and my money.
I have sent two packages from Canada to Poland a week apart. One has arrived 2 months ago, while the other one is obviously lost. Parcel ABC won't admit it is lost, and won't pay out the insurance for it. So, it is a total loss.

Thought it was a scam- but they are great!
We needed to have some clothing items we left in Italy shipped to us in the US. Other carriers were just under 200€ but this was only 30€. We were sure it was a scam, but we needs our items- within 3 weeks it arrived at our doorstep!

The service in Switzerland was perfect
The service in Switzerland was perfect, the delivery man was very nice and helpful but I can't say the same about UPS in England. UPS sent information about the delivery time and when the delivery time passed, a message appeared that my address was incomplete. I nad to register on the UPS website and confirm all my details but this did not change the message, only a few phone calls and e-mails resulted in the parcel being found and delivered with three-day delay.
