Very affordable comparing to other companies
In general very affordable, and convenient. BUT! I ordered to send my parcels from Sweden to UK. The collection part from Sweden was amazing. They collected my parcels one day after my order and parcels arrived to London one day earlier than scheduled (only 3 days). The support staff related to ParcelABC was also very helpful, had great willingness to solve my issues and quick in responding (5 star for this part). However, I had a worse experience about UPS, which is responsible to distribute the parcels within London. The staff were not helpful at all and they delayed one week to deliver the parcels. It made me to stay home for 5 days, waiting for the parcels, which was veryyyy annoying for a person who work outside. I should have asked ParcelABC to help for delivery from the beginning not the UPS. The UPS website was not updating and I had to call them each time to track my parcels (less than 1 star for UPS). I strongly recommend ParcelABC to reconsider working with UPS.
