Unfortunately very awful experience. They are platform not a sender. Please don't pay more like I did. Go to the DHL and ups direct and check with them. This company is spam
I recently arranged a courier to collect some items from a hotel in Egypt (left there by me in error!!) and deliver them to me in the UK. Parcel ABC provided a fair quote, website was easy to use. Unfortunately due to DHL duplicating my tracking number (in no way the responsibility of Parcel ABC) there was a mix up with another parcel. Michal from Parcel ABC liaised between myself, the hotel in Egypt and DHL over a few days until the matter was resolved. I have nothing but praise for the way this matter was handled and the speed of Michal's replies to emails was usually just minutes! Ignore other reviews - this company is 100% genuine. I will certainly use them again should the need arise.
Michał from customer service was very helpful. Receive the packages in Good condition tho some were broken but it was UPS Mauritius's fault. Michał guided me at every step and was very understanding. UPS Poland services were impeccable i highly recommend 👍🏻
This company is absolutely horrible. I place an order the 24th of February 2025 and their partner SKYNET supposed to collect my envelope with important documents the day after and they didn't come. I called them the same day and they told me they will collect it in the afternoon. They never came. Soon I contacted ParcelABC and they sent the courier the 26. I had to send the envelope from Dubai to Italy urgently and the 3 to 5 days delivery as they claim on the website was pretty good to me. After the parcel reach to Italy magically disappered for several days ParcelABC told me that there was a problem with the envelope in custom(an envelope with documents?????). After days of pushing, they sent a message that the envelope was lost and they were proceeding for the refund of the money(after I asked for it). The 18th of March 2025 I received an email quoting that magically the envelope had been delivered the same day. Of course I asked for the refund because at that time the same documents were useless to the receiver and still I didn't receive it. Of course this is all documented. Please do yourself a favour, spend a little bit more with a serious and trustable courier and don't even think to give to this people anything and if you do, well good luck. Refund would be done next week. Best regards. ParcelABC Look at the date when the message has been sent by a member of your team(13/03/2025). You supposed to refund the total shipment the week between 17/03/2025 to 22/03/2025. So let's see if you do it by tomorrow Friday 28/03/2025. Too easy to apologise: Not accepted. Friday 28/03/2025(today is 02/04/2025) has passed and still I didn't receive any refund. Right now they said they will not refund the money. As I told in my first review stay at large from these scammers and thieves.

En general contento con el servicio aunque hubiera preferido que la llegada del envío se me notificará mejor o pudiese establecer una fecha...aunque no sé si fue problema de ParcelABC o de la empresa de italia
Even though we had a bumpy pickup because of UPS. Michal from Customer Support went above and beyond to help me sort it out and be able to get the shipment done. I really thank him for this kindness, emphatic and how much he cares about the client.
