Ho chiesto di modificare l'indirizzo di ritiro e ho dovuto fare un nuovo pagamento che mi era stato detto sarebbe stato rimborsato, mai avvenuto. Il pacco è stato perso e dopo 3 mesi mi hanno offerto un rimborso del 40 % del valore Non hanno mai effettuato il riborso. Quindi ho speso 60 euro per farmi rubare anche la merce

⛔️⛔️⛔️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Muy mal. Se han quedado con mi dinero. Les he escrito unos 10 emails y me dicen que sí, que me devuelven el dinero pero no lo hacen. ¡Cuidado! Request: 296925 (por si os atrevéis a decir que no tenéis cómo llegar al caso). Si tienes dinero en la cartera de cliente que no has utilizado a los 24meses lo borran y se lo quedan. ¡OJO con esta empresa!

Możliwość porównania ofert - super przydatna i cenna. Do tego prosty interfejs. Jednak - zależało mi na tym, aby paczka znalazła się w ciągu 24h w Niemczech. I taką też opcję wybrałem - gdzie widniało "dostawa w 24h". Z tą różnicą, że nie było zaznaczone, że to 24h robocze, co przełożyło się na 4 dni do odbioru (nadanie nastąpiło w piątek). Uważam, że dałoby się tego uniknąć, gdyby informacja na Parcel ABC była precyzyjna i informowała, że jest to 24h robocze.

I used this company for the first time…
I used this company for the first time and provided all the necessary information, including the pickup date and time, and made an immediate payment as requested. However, my experience quickly became frustrating. They asked numerous questions that were inconsistent, and after three days of back-and-forth communication via multiple emails, I finally submitted the required documents. Even then, they simply copied and pasted the pickup date and time, which had already passed. I will not use this parcel service again and would prefer to pay extra fees to a regular shipping company. This was a very disappointing experience.
