J'ai reçu un mauvais service, payé pour un envoi express délai de livraison 2-3 jours. Finalement cela a pris 8 jours. Ce n'est pas normal!

Guten Tag, bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Paketlieferung aus Italien. Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Paket wurde dort abgeholt und hier zu mir nach Hause zügig unbeschadet abgeliefert. Kann den Paketlieferanten nur empfehlen. Weiter so!

This is not my first time ordering service from ParcelABC, and I truly like the service they provide. It's fast, cheap, secure, and their customer support is always here for you (kudos to Michael). Definitely not my last time ordering service at ParcelABC.

Their payment system is a mess
Their payment system is a mess. I was accidentally charged twice, and when I canceled my order–because I found out they're using a shipping service which I do not trust and I wanted to add insurance to my order– they refunded the money to their e-wallet instead of my original payment method. The problem? The website is so buggy that I can't even use the funds—it keeps throwing errors. On top of that, their communication is awful. They don’t seem to care or make an effort to resolve the issue. Definitely not a company I’d trust again.

No pasaron a retirar mi paquete cuando…
No pasaron a retirar mi paquete cuando dijeron, me enviaron correo diciendo que debía pegar TODAS LAS ETIQUETAS y no se lo llevaron porque las había pegado. (?) y después nunca lo retiraron. Finalmente tuve que ir yo a sucursal de FEDEX. Mal respuestas por correo, nada precisas .
