Worst delivery service I have used. Will certainly not use or recommend ParcelABC! I booked and paid for a collection last Thursday 25th, pick up didn’t arrive, I contacted the company they said it would be collected Friday 26, again no pick up. Same on Monday 29th. Today their response is ‘let us know a day your parcel can be collected’ Absolutely useless company. If I cancel they will take 25% yet they haven’t provided a service! Disgusting

While the customer service is great and quite responsive, for my last 2 pick-up orders, the fedex couriers did not show up, nor communicated about their whereabouts. ParcelABC's agent kindly offered to help, however it did not change the outcome: I had to bring my boxes to a fedex station myself. The fault lies with Fedex, not ParcelABC. I hope their collaboration will improve in the future.

Ho usato il corriere UPS per qualche spedizione ed è sempre andato tutto bene. Anche il servizio clienti è veloce e disponibile, complimenti per questo. Ho valutato con una stella poiché il servizio clienti oltre ad essere veloce e disponibile dovrebbe essere soprattutto efficace però.... L'ultima spedizione: dopo che ho comprato il servizio mi è stato comunicato che il corriere non raggiungeva la località indicata, si sono scusati e mi hanno fatto scegliere su un accredito per un' altra spedizione o lo storno sul conto usato per pagare la spedizione. Ho scelto il secondo metodo ed entro 20 giorni avrei ricevuto il rimborso... Beh è passato già un mese e mezzo e ancora nulla, il servizio clienti mi ha comunicato che avrebbe parlato col servizio finanziario... Ancora nulla. Poca serietà? Con un servizio efficiente avrei dato 5 stelle.

I had a great experience with its customer service. We send some documents from Panama to Spain and DHL marked them as a package when it was stated it was a document. As it was marked as a pacage I had to pay customs and DHL didn't wanted to correct the error and didn't assume any responsability when it was their issue. However, ParcelABC tried to engage with DHL with the same answer and finally ParcelABC did a refund for the custom payment.

Starting off, super expensive, pickup was delayed, pickup courier didn't take documents, courier company called and said they're returning parcel because documents are incomplete. Had to spend a day on the phone and email to make sure the parcel was sent out. Drop off was delayed and painful with extra money charged at dropoff after already paying a large whopping amount in the beginning. Never again
