Korzystałem z usług Panek Rent a Car i jestem bardzo zadowolony. Proces rezerwacji był prosty, a samochód czysty i w doskonałym stanie. Obsługa klienta była pomocna i profesjonalna. Z pewnością skorzystam ponownie.

Es increible como siguen operando esta gente. Cada semana hay decenas de malas reseñas y todas se basan en lo mismo, ESTAFA, a mi me han estafado 508€ con la fianza, no dan pruebas ni responden a los email. Solo me han enviado una factura de "daño en paragolpe trasero", algo que es falso. Yo si tengo un video entregando el vehículo en perfectas condiciones. Esto es una estafa de decenas de miles de euros, una media de 700€ por persona. Chorradasyspam/Arroba/gmail.com. Propongo denuncia colectiva a través de abogado.

Scammers. Really wished I'd read other reviews before using them. I was charged 4000 PLN for pre existing damage, which thankfully I had evidence of. I tried to complain but got no response, so thankfully the website I'd booked through took my complaint a bit more seriously and contacted Panek. Got the 4000 PLN refunded soon after, but no apology from Panek! They also charged me 600 PLN for supposedly speeding. I was never made aware of this kind of charge, which there are two pages of if you get to look at the T's&C's. The road I was 'speeding' on had a different speed limit to what they claimed it was and they won't take photo and video evidence that I have. It's in my credit card's hands now, hoping they're going to reverse the charge. I've used countless companies all over the world, this is by far the worst experience I've had.

Die Inhaber dieses Unternehmens sind Betrüger! am Flughafen Wien angekommen, holte mich niemand ab. Mit einem taxi auf Selbstkosten fuhr ich zum vermeintlichen Bür. Dort angekommen das Büro nciht besetzt, meine Anrufe wurden weggedrückt bzw. nicht angenommen. Vom Büro daneben erfuhr ich das alleine im Jänner 2025 bereits 30 Personen auf diese berügerische Art und Weise hintergangen wurden. Bucht niemals ein Mietauto über dieses Portal CarJet da auch diese Firma mir sehr dubios erscheint, sonst würden sie nicht mehr Panek Rent a car als Subunternehmer beschäftigen.

OSZUŚCI! PROSZĘ O KONTAKT OSÓB W PODOBNEJ SYTUACJI - 507137823. Wynająłem samochód na 2 doby bez dodatkowych opcji ubezpieczenia. Przy odbiorze obeszliśmy dokładnie samochód z przedstawicielem firmy + obejrzałem dodatkowo go jeszcze sam. Zaznaczyliśmy widoczne zarysowania, wgniecenia (były minimalne - samochód w bardzo dobrym stanie). Nie miałem żadnej szkody, nie zarysowałem nic. Samochód oddałem an parking pod Arkadią (Warszawa) i wrzuciłem kluczyki do wrzutni. Po 2 dniach dostałem fakturę na 6000 zł za szkody, co odkryłem dopiero po kilku dniach i w trakcie telefonu na infolinie zostałem poinformowany, że to za szkodę i dostałem mailowo protokół i zdjęcie. Na zdjęciu widać rysę ok 4 cm na plastikowym nadkolu lub zderzaku od środka (zdjęcie jest zrobione tak, że ciężko stwierdzić). Wysłałem maila z prośbą o udostępnienie zdjęć z odbioru samochodu, które wykonał ich przedstawiciel. Czekam na odpowiedź.... Z komentarzy wynika, że jest to planowe działanie firmy i mój przypadek jest jeden z wielu. Tematem interesowała się też prasa (Gazeta Wyborcza Stołeczna) i UOKiK. Wiem, że na WhatsApp jest też grupa "Panek pozew zbiorowy". Proszę o kontakt osoby w takiej samej sytuacji - połączmy siły i zróbmy z tym porządek.

se potessi dare 0 lo farei.. noleggio auto a Cracovia restituisco l'auto senza che nessuno venga a controllare. poi mi addebitano 1600 euro per danni.. mandano la foto del telaio sotto la macchina senza neanche inquadrare la targa... come fai a dire che la macchina è la mia? dopo diverse mail respingono il ricorso e mi dicono che decidono loro quanto addebitare indipendentemente dal danno.. assurdo ladri a dir poco
