Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

I received a call the very next morning from putting in a request from a lovely chap by the name of Jason who took us through the whole procedure without a hitch - in fact we "sailed" through the itinerary and booking with such ease it was a delight with email back up and a telephone call to ensure we were absolutely 110% happy with our booking.
