Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Great customer service
Have booked cruises for many years with a number of companies. Have recently found Panache and more specifically Scott. His attention to detail and follow up is outstanding. This is our second booking with Scott, nothing is too much trouble. It is great today to find a company truly committed to Customer service.

Panache Cruises - Professional and Personable Cruise Experts
We highly recommend both Kathryn and Panache Cruises, professional yet friendly service with a real knowledge of all the cruise lines, which is rare in our experience! Kathryn, contacted our river cruise line to find out if bicycles were available to use after I had made a brief comment about enjoying using them on previous river cruises, it’s the small details like this that set Panache apart, along with excellent and personable service. I should also add that we find their pricing to be highly competitive too and we look forward to making future bookings with Kathryn and Panache!

Joanne was so helpful and friendly, made the whole process of finding my perfect holiday so pleasant and stress free, like chatting to a friend.
