Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

from first contact Panache have been excellent. My experience with Nicola was built on trust. At no time did I experience any pressure to purchase and she showed excellent understanding when I could not commit before some medical results. An added bonus was the discount offered on the cruise lines headline rate with and upgrade to the drinks package. Now looking forward to receiving all details so that I can finalise our much anticipated holiday
