Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Very impressed with Jason and Panache Cruises
This is my first experience with booking with Panache Cruises and so far we are very impressed. Jason is our cruise connoisseur and he has made our booking so easy and painless. Nicola was the reason we booked with Panache. Having cruised for many years we know the value of booking through a reputable agent. It was our first experience with Panache and we were delighted with the way Nicola handled everything. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and when and she explored several alternatives for us. At no time was she pushy, she demonstrated experience, knowledge and patience in spades!
