Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

After Scott at Panache Cruises was recommended to me I rang and gave him details of dates of when, where and preferably which cruise line I would like to travel with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his instant response was refreshing as once I’ve made a decision to go on holiday I like to get it all booked straight away. Scott made my day! I found an Explora journey cruise and he actually kept the price overnight for me as it went up that day. He was able to secure it at the earlier price I had seen. Amazing service! Cannot recommend Scott and Panache cruises enough

Extremely helpful
We've now booked cruises 3 times with Panache and every one has been faultless. Nicole found us the very best price on our latest Budapest to Bucharest and organised a return flight one day earlier from Bucharest (a city I've been to before and not impressive) so that we had a direct flight back to Manchester rather than having to go via Heathrow with a 4 hour layover. Mega bonus!
