Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Another Cruise booked with Panache…this time with Explora Journeys. Really excited to try a new luxury Cruise line. As always Catherine Divan worked hard to meet our needs and deliver the best price for us. And unusually, Catherine isn’t just interested in selling a cruise, she keeps in touch and always wants to know how it went on your return. Great customer service and a pleasure to speak to.

I just want to thank Amanda for organising our last minute trip to South America, she took the stress out of pulling it all together. She kept in touch, patient and very proactive. We had a fantastic few days in Buenos Aires, hotels, transfers and 12 nights on board Azamara Quest, flights included. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip via Panache, we will certainly be returning. Best wishes Nicola

2nd time booking with Panache and Nicole
This is my second time booking my cruise through Panache Cruises and Nicole Barrett is key to the repeat business. She is superb - incredibly patient, a great listener that goes over and above to find the right cruise at the right price point. I felt Nicole used her knowledge of me from last years cruise to pick out the cruises that would best match my requirements - she also looks for the best flight times. I am a time poor person so to have someone as thorough and professional as Nicole do all the searching and flight matching etc is very valuable to me - I also recommended her to a family member who also booked a cruise through her. Thank you Nicole - you are very good at your job and I equally highly recommend Panache. Who knows I might even become a serial cruiser! If so it will be all down to this fabulous lady.
