Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Scott Perry, once again has been so helpful in getting yet another cruise booked. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go. I had Scott pricing up various different itineraries and various different cruises operators. Scott was always very helpful and quick to respond and never made me feel I was being a pest, which I was. I love having Scott and Panache helping me. I trust and value them. I only use Panache as my travel agent. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. You are in safe hands.

Mediterranean cruise for Oct '24
Not having booked with Panache Cruises before, I thought the whole process from enquiring online (Chat) to Georgia phoning me straight back, to the smooth booking was a pleasure, which tbh it should be. I had a few queries/questions along the way but they were swiftly answered, I feel Georgia is extremely professional in her approach and is definitely giving the 5* service, along with her team, whom I have also spoken to in Georgia's absence. Good work.

Rebecca was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Panache Cruises gave me the best price first time, and although Silverseas said they would match it, I am afraid it was too late. I would definitely use Panache again due to my experience with Rebecca.

First Experience With Panache Cruises
I just booked an Oceania cruise with Panache. I read about them on a cruise blog. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I was assigned my personal cruise connoisseur, Jason. He has been so helpful with the booking process. I really like the fact that I will only be working with Jason throughout the whole process. Thus far, the experience has been delightful.

VERY happy so far
Early days but VERY happy so far. Previous to Panache we had contacted 2 other cruise providers with enquiries. One didn't get back to me (twice) and the other, when I was asking questions about concierge vs penthouse, was literally reading out the website to me.I contacted Panache and in less than a day Catherine D called me back with various options and recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the cruise and ship I was interested in. I booked within a day and am really looking forward to planning the rest of the cruise with Catherine
