Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

I saw a great promotion from Panache Cruises and was put in touch with Lottie, one of their concierge advisors. She couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through every stage of the subsequent booking. she will be on hand to assist from start to finish of our holiday. I have never had such personal and helpful attention from a travel advisor before! I would recommend Panache to anyone looking to book a cruise. They are all experienced in the sector and obtain special discounts plus "Founders Points" on every booking. What's not to love?

We first came across Panache Cruises when trying to book a cruise to celebrate our Golden Wedding in 2022. We were assigned our own Cruise Connoisseur who went to unbelievable lengths to book us a perfect cruise with Azamara, a cruise line on which we had not previously travelled. Since then we have undertaken two other Azamara cruises booked via Panache with the same Cruise Connoisseur and thoroughly enjoyed them apart from major problems caused by Azamara themselves and British Airways. The latter changed our flights two days before travelling on one of our cruises. This was going to cause problems because we had planned to drive to Heathrow and leave our car there but our inbound flight was then reassigned to Gatwick. Immediately James Cole, Company Director, undertook to provide us with a chauffeur driven car to transport us to and from the airports - a truly magnanimous gesture but one that has stuck in our mind and made us vow to always book our cruises via Panache. Sadly our lovely Cruise Connoisseur has now left the company but we have recently booked another cruise with Cat Flanagan who has already proved to be just as helpful and professional in the way she has handled our booking, ensuring that as octogenarians we have a smooth sailing in all respects. At our age in order to carry on travelling this is all important so a huge thank-you to Cat and Panache Cruises. We sincerely hope that this current booking will not be our last with you!
