Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Fabulous cruise planning experience

The Whole Package
After approaching a few other companies who weren’t able to provide us with ALL our holiday requirements. I got in touch with Panache Cruises - I can’t praise Amanda Cunliffe enough for her patience & professionalism from start to finish to organise our trip of a lifetime. Nothing was too much trouble & it was as simple as I told her what we wanted & she came back with ideas & recommendations & certainly delivered. She kept us updated with everything & even whilst we were away checked that all was as expected. I would certainly recommend Panache & specifically Amanda as your first port of call for any holiday plans you maybe considering
