Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Early experience
At present, I can only rate the booking service from your agent, as I have yet to do more than pay a deposit. Nicole has been well-informed and helpful throughout. Given the criteria I set, the result seems to be as near ideal as can be. She understood my preferences and offered nothing but viable options. She rang back as promised and was in every way a fine advertisemement for Panache.
