Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

Panache and one of their splendid advisors Georgia seem to find even demanding clients such as myself little trouble at all . Questions concerning the Elevator’s / Lift’s proximity to our Stateroom on a cruise liner and other important venues onboard for my mobility challenged wife are always answered keenly,efficiently and promptly as well as timely information being passed to us as necessary.
