Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

I am very happy with my experience so far enquiring and booking my cruise. Lucy was efficient and helpful and arranged the cruise, flights from Glasgow and transfers. She dealt with my enquiries by email and phone efficiently and also held the cruise while we were away for a few days. So far so good. We normally book direct but the price was competitive and it was a lot less hassle.

Friendly and easy to deal with
