Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Nicole booked our winter Seabourne…
Nicole booked our winter Seabourne caribbean cruise and we had the most amazing time, we got an adhoc call again a couple of days ago from Nicole and have booked our summer river cruise, we were so impressed with Panache’s attention to detail and how everything is planned and organised that it takes away any worries. Nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend Nicole and Panache, they even get some amazing deals.

First time we've used Panache and everything has worked out well. We had a couple of show stoppers but they were able to arrange things to our complete satisfaction. Special mention should go to Nicola who was responding to emails even on her day off. Let's hope the cruise measures up to our experience so far
