Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Panache offer great service at very competitive prices
I saw a cruise I was interested in on another site and contacted Panache Cruises, one of the trusted travel agencies I use, for a quote. The other site had some 'extra value benefits' included in their cruise price and I asked Emma at Panache if they would be able to offer the same extra value benefits. After a few days and liaising directly with the cruise line concerned Emma confirmed that Panache would include these benefits and not only that their quote was better than the site I had originally seen this cruise advertised on. Panache offer a great service and very competitive prices. I cannot recommend Panache Cruises highly enough.

David made the process very simple
David made the process very simple. Whilst we've been with Silversea on a short taster cruise, I did want to speak with someone about various cruising and location aspects and David was able to answer all our questions, give advice on alternative cruises and of course did all the booking part for us so all we have to do is look forward to it. Very happy with the service from Jason (Treadwell) who helped me book my Atlas cruise. He took the time to go through the various options for a pre cruise hotel and a post cruise hotel and wasn't pushy allowing me time to think everything over before making a decision.

You expect good service and you get great service!
Katy goes the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience. Friendly, helpful and professional. As the Panache publicity states, "Nothing is too much trouble" and it's true, it isn't. This is in sharp contrast to a recent experience booking directly with a top cruise line whilst on board a previous cruise.

Nicola guided us through booking our first river cruise holiday and gave very good advice regarding the Scenic cruise and what to expect. She made it very easy for us all and was so good at following up with everything. We’ve now booked again for next year and this time Jason has done a fantastic job at finding us exactly what we wanted for 5 people.
