Invaluable assistance when things go awry
Worked with Catherine Divan. I recognize that anybody with an internet connection can get you booked onto a cruise and, if everything goes smoothly, that's it. However, there are those occasions where things don't go smoothly through nobody's fault. We are experienced travelers and usually make our own arrangements, but I'm so glad we had Panache on this one. We hit one of those situations, and Catherine did an outstanding job of coordinating the resolution, working across time zones with booking offices in two countries. If you are not 100% confident of how to get yourself out of a tricky international situation, this team is an invaluable asset to have backing you up ... just in case you need them. Even if everything else goes smoothly, we have the peace of mind that they are there, just in case. And of course, the usual stuff -- they know what they are doing, great attention to detail, polite, courteous, etc.
