Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

Nicola was very patient, friendly as well as knowledgeable. She showed so much more guidance at all times. My first booking with Panache Cruises. Cruise connoisseur Jake was helpful and courteous. A promise to beat the price of a quote already held was achieved. I would likely upgrade this experience to 5 star if everything goes well with the fulfilment of the booking.

Had a great and informative chat with the Panache Cruise Rep, Charlene Snaith having seen a deal on their website for a Yacht Club experience onboard MSC Virtuosa. Charlene Snaith was really helpful and polite, making the booking simple, safe and at a great price. Any follow up emails were promptly replied. I'd have no hesitation in using this agent again.
