Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Excellent service and response times
I have just booked my first cruise with this company with the help of Scott. Scott has been extremely helpful, answering my queries and always calling when he said he was going to. All the initial documentation, was sent to me very quickly, along with some other information I requested. I have been very impressed with the service and will most definitely be dealing with Scott and Panache Cruises again.
