Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

My river cruise - My go to criuse company
This was the first time I used Panache cruises. My experience with them was lovely. They were very attentive with attention to details. Nothing was to too big or much for them. They were quick to response to all requests. I am a very happy customer and going forward I would surely book all my cruises from them. I was given a personal cruise connoisseur - Karoline. She was very helpful and understanding too. Great with communication and updates too. Well done. Finally, They are a very knowledgeable cruise company.

Competitive pricing and efficient service
I chose to book with Panache as their prices were slightly more competitive than other agents. In the last few days I have booked two river cruises with Panache on different cruise lines. Victoria has been very helpful resolving a few issues with one of the cruise lines and Scot has efficiently made the second reservation in a professional and friendly manner. I have found Panache a very pleasant company to deal and look forward to using them again in the future.

What a great experience!
It is my first time using Panache to book a cruise and what a great experience! I called on Friday afternoon. Helen answered the phone and took some information. As promised she emailed back some options before the end of the day. We spoke the following morning about a couple of changes. Helen managed to get the option we wanted and everything was sorted by lunchtime on Saturday. A very friendly, professional service and at a great price too. Thank you Helen!
