Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Fabulous service
I can't speak highly enough of Rony Batista. He has been excellent from the moment we booked. He has gone above and beyond what I expected from a cruise consultant, saving us money and adding value by virtue of his experience. Very happy to recommend him and Panache!

Booked two more cruises with Panache and Nicola Tempest-Mitchell - always so accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of taking to the high seas. Always on top of her game and offers bon voyage messages, and phone calls post cruise to check if all went according to plan - which it always does.

This was my first time using Panache and I cannot say enough good things about them. Helen was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We looked at booking directly on Explora Journey but we actually got a better deal through Panache. I would have given 10 stars if I could!!
