Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

Pleasant and efficient service

Nothing is too much trouble
My wife and I have never been on a cruise before and, therefore, I wanted to explore what the options for going on a yacht cruise would be. Amanda Cunliffe from Panache Cruises has been absolutely marvellous! She excellently and patiently helped me explore what the various cruise types entails. Her empathetic approach enabled me to understand, articulate and refine my requirements; which she was then able to use to identify the best options available to meet what I was looking for and from there negotiate on my behalf the best value pricing. For the record, we eventually settled on a cruise across the Mediterranean with Emerald Cruises. Amanda has guided me thoughtfully and thoroughly through the booking process and promises she will be alongside us all the way up-to and including the return home from our trip. This is reassuring and bodes well for the future as we intend to embark on further yacht cruising holidays. In my view Amanda truly embodies the Panache Cruises mantra of “Nothing is too much trouble”
