Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

Great service from Panache, I picked up an email link re a Mediterranean cruise with Cunard. As I was using the link, a very helpful consultant (Charlene) picked up the chat box and we checked the package and what was included. She suggested I check out the deck plans and she would call me back within five minutes. Having called me back with a great selection of cabin numbers over three decks we booked exactly what we wanted.. Paid the deposit and within five minutes all the confirmations came through.. Have even had a email from Cunard welcoming to up up coming cruise.

Panache cruises do everything and more to find the perfect cruise for clients. Communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble, just as they say. Nicole is so helpful and knowledgeable and she happily explains every aspect of the cruise. Nicole clearly has a lot of experience and shares this readily with her clients.
