Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Panache provided a completely different experience to other cruise operators. Milo couldn’t have been more helpful, chasing up flights we wanted, sourcing hotels for a post cruise stay, and following up every time as promised of course we booked with him.

A second booking with Panache
I've just made my second booking with Panache, Kathryn was very good and very quick, it was just a 2 night cruise, was offered a price of £699pp which we thought was good. It's in the MSC Yacht Club. My normal travel agent was away and got back to me a bit late but they offered the same cruise for £630pp. So I think this might be my last cruise booking with Panache, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with them. I just like to face money with the amount we travel, saving really adds up.
