Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Excellent service again
Excellent service again. This is the second cruise we have booked through Panache. they really are the experts- they listen to all your requests, nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail is very impressive. Both Jason last cruise and Jack this time have made the whole booking process very easy.
